Application Process

  • Online Submission: Upload your photos, measurements, and contact information.

  • Portfolio: If you already have experience, you might submit a portfolio of your work. If not, some agencies might still consider you based on your look and potential.

Interview/Casting

  • Initial Meeting: If the agency is interested, they may invite you for an in-person interview or casting call. During this meeting, they'll evaluate your look, personality, and potential.

  • Test Shoots: You might be asked to do a test shoot to see how you perform in front of the camera.

Signing a Contract

  • Contract Offer: It’s crucial to read and understand the contract before signing.

  • Commission: Agencies typically take a commission (20%) from the jobs we book for you.

Development and Training

  • Model Development: Develop your skills. This could include runway training, posing techniques, skincare, and fitness advice.

  • Portfolio Building: If you’re new, we help you build your portfolio with professional photoshoots.

Booking Jobs

  • Agency Promotion: The agency will promote you to clients and send you out for castings and auditions. We'll act as your representative, negotiating contracts and ensuring you’re paid properly.

  • Job Opportunities: Agencies book models for various jobs, including fashion shows, photoshoots, commercials, and promotional events.

Payment and Logistics

  • Payment Handling: The agency typically handles the payment from clients, deducts their commission, and then pays you the remainder.

  • Travel and Accommodations: If you book jobs in other cities or countries, the agency may coordinate your travel and accommodation, although some of these costs might be deducted from your earnings.

Career Management

  • Long-Term Career Planning: Good agencies will help you manage your career, advising on job selections, image management, and even transitioning to different types of modelling as you gain experience.

  • Networking: Agencies provide opportunities to network with photographers, designers, and other professionals in the industry.

Ongoing Communication

  • Regular Updates: Keep in regular contact with your agency about your availability and any changes in your appearance (e.g., hair colour, weight).

  • Industry Knowledge: It’s essential to understand that modelling can be competitive and often requires resilience. Not every casting will lead to a job, and success can take time.
