Cancellation Policy

Booking Requests & Confirmation Submission of a booking request for any connected service through Tartan Models does not constitute confirmation of a booking. All services are subject to availability and internal approval. A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by Tartan Models. Tartan Models reserves the right to refuse or decline any booking request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for rescheduling or refund, subject to the specific service terms. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the agreed service fee. No-shows will be charged in full. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Agency Cancellations In the rare event that Tartan Models must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative. If no alternative can be agreed upon, any payments made for the cancelled service will be refunded. Tartan Models shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from cancellation. Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, clients may request to be added to the waitlist. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee availability. Waitlist requests are processed in order of receipt, subject to suitability and availability. If a space becomes available, the client will be contacted and must confirm within the timeframe provided. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the opportunity being offered to the next client. Refusal of Service Tartan Models reserves the right to refuse service at any stage, including prior to confirmation or after confirmation, where necessary to protect the integrity, safety, or operational standards of the agency and its connected partners.
